The Mark V Workflow Module tools that enable facility maintenance organizations the ability to manage their work flow process from the planning stage to completion of the job. With the Workflow Module you can create, dispatch and track Tenant requests and classify them for reporting. The system can notify Tenants via email that their request has been received and/or completed. Labor & Materials used to complete the requests can be tracked and billed. Charges can be created and scheduled for recurring billing. Employees can easily see the daily work load, what has been assigned to them and what is overdue.
Are you maintaining your client’s assets appropriately and according to the manufacturers’ requirements? The Mark V makes it easy to stay on top of preventive maintenance for any piece of equipment or asset. Periodic inspections of equipment or areas are easy to schedule and track using the Tasks. You can create Tasks with flexible scheduling and manually or auto-generate your Preventative Maintenance (PM) items with or PM Manager. Estimate your man-hours and balance your maintenance workload. Another great feature of the Tasks is our Task Instruction Library, from which you can browse and copy instructions used by other Managers and Maintenance professional across the country. Create items representing equipment, hardware, or other entities that you would like to track maintenance, replacement, or warranty information. Upload and attach documents and pictures to the asset items. Combined with the Task Module you can quickly view the maintenance history for the facilities assets and view upcoming maintenance events.
